FT coverage

Call Schedule: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

Patient Demographics: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over 12)
Case Mix: Trauma, Spinal Blocks, General Surgery

EMR System: Epic
No of OR: 17 MOR, 7 DSC

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Spinal blocks
General anesthesia
Trauma cases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: NBCRNA
Licenses: Active ID license
DEA: Active DEA/CSR
Certifications: BLS
Other Qualifications: Full-time availability, proof of COVID-19 vaccine

Proficiency in OB care and independent practice (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for trauma and general surgery cases.
Perform spinal blocks as required; no regional anesthesia.
Work flexible shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) at Boise and Nampa locations.
Participate in call coverage (one weeknight per month and one weekend).
Comply with credentialing, vaccination, and regulatory requirements.
