Residential behavioral health gives nurses an opportunity to see recovery beyond the walls of an acute hospital.
Our Bend programs serve individuals who may be transitioning from hospitals, secure treatment settings, or other higher levels of care. Rather than focusing primarily on short-term stabilization, our teams help residents develop the skills, confidence, health practices, and support systems needed to move toward greater independence.
For an RN coming from inpatient psychiatric nursing, this can be an opportunity to use your behavioral health expertise in a different way — with greater continuity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to see the longer-term impact of your work.
