Nurse Full-time AM/PRN

Pay: $39-$45 an hour

We are looking for a Nurse to join our amazing team in our Skilled Nursing Facility to provide assistance and care for our wonderful residents. You will administer & document medications, assist in admission & discharge procedures, communicate residents’ conditions to physicians and family members, and more.

Shift: Full-time AM and PRN; availability every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments to residents
• Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner
• Complete wound treatments when necessary 
• Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines
• Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

• Active RN/LPN License in Illinois required
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
• 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required
• Excellent organization skills
