Join a wonderful community healthcare facility located near Boise, Idaho, seeking a Nurse Manager to join their team as a leader in the nursing department.

Offering $125,000 - $140,000/annual salary + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Nurse Manager Opportunity:

Full-Time, Permanaent, Direct-Hire

Schedule: Day Shift

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards

Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership

Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their families

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Must have an Idaho State or Compact Nursing license or be eligible to obtain one

Must have or be eligible to obtain a BLS or ACLS certification

Must have a Bachelor's in Nursing or a related field

Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience with recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting

Must have Leadership experience
