On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a certified nurse midwife eager to expand their insights, skills, and experience with a team of knowledgeable obstetric professionals.

Nurse Midwife â CNM Responsibilities:

Participates in collaboration with other staff members to encourage team building and consensus decision making

Integrates intervention into the care process that takes into consideration cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities

Collects and assesses clinical data, develops and implements a plan of management and evaluates the outcome of care for mothers and neonates.

Follows established safety and health measures of the facility

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary health care team to develop interdisciplinary plans of care that address the unique physical, cultural, socioeconomic, psychological and spiritual factors that may affect the health status of the clients

Provides the clients with clear information, answering questions for patient and family members as appropriate.

Practices in accord the Philosophy and the Code of Ethics of the ACNM

Nurse Midwife â CNM Education and Qualifications:

Masters or doctorate degree preferred

1 year of CNM practice preferred

Current RN; CNM

NALS and CPR certified
