Seeking Locum NP for Family Practice near Phoenix, Arizona

May 5 & 6 and May 31 thru June 6, 2016 coverage dates while doctor is out of office.

50/50 children and adult patients.

Provider will see 20-25 patients per day.

Hours are 8 am to 5 pm. Office closed for lunch noon to 1 pm.

English / Spanish. Spanish a plus.
