This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. The Nurse Practitioner manages acute and chronic conditions for an adult and geriatric population in the long term care setting.

Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license and DEA
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, or geriatric primary care preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and team collaboration skills
