We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team on our Memory Care unit. This is a full-time, weekend premium position with a consistent Thursday–Sunday schedule.

Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Days: Thursday–Sunday

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide overnight clinical oversight, support care staff, monitor resident well-being, and help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive nursing team.

What You'll Do

  Provide nursing care and clinical oversight during overnight hours

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately

  
  


• 
  

  Document care accurately and communicate updates to incoming shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Med Techs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

  
  


• 
  

  Support infection prevention and safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain a calm, comfortable environment for residents overnight

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Current North Carolina RN or LPN license

  
  


• 
  

  CPR/BLS certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and documentation skills
