Nursing Assistant

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $6,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. 

The Nursing Assistant assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and is cross trained to Unit Associate.  Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment.  Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Provides direct observation of patient.
• Reduces patient risk for falls.
• Maintains a Safe Environment
• Demonstrates appropriate working behaviors while sitting in patient room.
• Patient Privacy
• Quality Assurance, Safety, Infection Control and professional growth.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma or GED.

Experience:

• None

License:

• None

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• CPI (Crisis Intervention) (60 days)
