Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health CNA Overview:

Provide 1-on-1 care and companionship to patients within their homes

Assist with ambulation, transfers, ROM, and therapeutic exercises

Provide direct care, companionship, and household services

Assist with medications

Convenient technological documentation

Maintain client confidentiality

Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health CNA Education and Qualifications:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant registered with the state

Valid Driverâs License and Car Insurance

Ability to drive to and/or between clientsâ homes

Strong organization and communication skills
