Job Description - Nursing Asst II CCU 36 hours per week

Functions as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and unit activities.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Must successfully complete Nurse's Aide training program.

Certified Nurse Aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.

EKG recognition class required prior to completion of orientation.

BCLS required.
