We are seeking dedicated and innovative Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioners to join our team early in our development phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our clinical education programs and build the foundation for a cutting-edge, high-quality patient care environment.
Position Overview: The NPD Practitioner will leverage their clinical expertise and educational prowess to develop core curricula, manage competency programs, and create simulation experiences for all clinical staff across the hospital. This role involves strategic curriculum development, simulation creation, and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), utilizing innovative tools such as medical mannequins to foster experiential learning.
