NX1980 CAD Designer

• Demonstrate acceptable proficiency in NX1980 CAD via an interview through the ZOOM meeting portal.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience using NX with Teamcenter
• A minimum of 5 years of recent experience as Designer.
• Ability to create 3D cad models using advanced features.
• Ability to create 2D drawings using GD&T with proper applications.
• Ability to deliver a quality work product to deadline-driven projects.

Period of Performance: The term of the Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation shall be one-year (12) months with an option to hire at FFDG’s discretion at any point during the period of performance.

The Contractor shall be physically capable of performing CAD design activities at a computer workstation for approximately eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. The work requires:

•Prolonged sitting and sustained computer workstation use.

•Frequent and repetitive use of a keyboard, mouse, and other computer input devices.

•Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements.

•Ability to visually inspect detailed CAD models, drawings, dimensions, and other technical information on computer monitors for extended periods.

•Ability to work effectively in a typical office or engineering workstation environment for the duration of the scheduled workday.
