UniversaCare is looking to bring onboard a Deputy Home Care Administrator to support daily Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) operations. The candidate will receive practical, on\-the\-job training in a fast\-paced home care agency under the direct supervision of experienced leaders. The candidate would gain a thorough understanding of our culture, operating models, systems, and what it takes to be a successful leader.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree with at least 5 years working in a Home or Community Based Organization
Leadership experience in leading a team strongly preferred
Passionate about serving the home care industry in a local community
Extremely comfortable with the use of technology in the workplace
A desire for inspiring and challenging work
Possess a keen sense of business management and familiarity with numbers, guided by a strong set of values and ethics.
Prior business management, development, and marketing experience preferred; ability to develop and execute against sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Familiarity with NYS LHCSA & CHAP regulations preferred but not required
