Job Description - Oakland, CA - Bond Coordinator

Description

Aladdin Bail Bonds is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bond Coordinator to join our Oakland, CA office. As a Bond Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the bail bond process, ensuring efficient transaction management and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage bail bond transactions from initiation to completion in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bond information, payments, and case statuses.
  • Prepare and submit necessary bond documentation and legal paperwork promptly.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals for active bonds.
  • Collaborate with bail agents and team members to resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications related to legal studies preferred.
  • Experience in bail bond coordination, legal administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with bail bond processes and legal terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with computer applications including database systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations.
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
