• Case Mix: Low Risk Pregnancy 90%; High Risk 10%

- GYN 20%

• Procedures:

- Low Risk Pregnancy

- FHR Interpretation, OB Ultrasounds

- Routine and Complicated delivery

- Office/Minor GYN, Surgical GYN

- Repair of 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations

• Lab and X -ray on site: Yes

• No of Exam Rooms: 3

• NICU Level: III

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active VA License

• BC/BE

• ACLS, BLS

• NPDB Report
