• % of Practice: 75% Low -risk, 25% High -risk
       - 30% C -Section, 1% Surgical GYN
• Patient Volume: 5
• Annual Deliveries: 1000
       - 3 per week
• Support Staff: 3 APPs
• Procedures/Duties:
       - Low and High -risk Pregnancy
       - FHR Interpretation
       - Routine and Complicated Delivery
       - Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Laceration
       - Surgical GYN
• Lab and U/S on -site
• No of Beds: 19 L&D, 3 OBED
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active WA License or IMLC
• BC
• DEA
• BLS
