EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound on -site
Support Staff Available: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60 -90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

All standard gynecologic procedures in clinic and hospital settings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified OBGYN
Licenses: Active NE License or Universal License (IMLC)
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS, NRP
Experience: OB/GYN Residency Program completion
AOther Qualifications: Clean malpractice history preferred, Self -Query NPDB report dated within 30 days, Availability at time of name clear

Clinic coverage
After -hours call
Labor and delivery coverage
Gynecologic surgery
City call and CNM backup
