FACILITY INFORMATION

Trauma Level: Level I or II (inferred from provider requirement)
EMR System: Epic (Excellian)
Specialty Backup Available: Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Certified Nurse Midwives

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (emergency temps available)
Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active MN license or Universal License (IMLC)
Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Trauma I or II experience, high-risk obstetrics experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide OB hospitalist coverage for high-risk pregnancies.
Manage MFM service patients and handle urgent OB needs and emergencies.
Assist with cesarean sections and other obstetrical procedures.
Co-manage patients with MFM specialists.
Provide coverage for undoctored or unassigned OB patients.
