| Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: | ⢠Diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries, illnesses and exposures (under the supervision of a remote medical director). ⢠Perform pre-placement screenings for new hires. ⢠Administer appropriate vaccines. ⢠Provides clinical guidance following infectious disease exposures. ⢠Works collaboratively with other teams to ensure employee safety. ⢠Case management. ⢠Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. ⢠Effective interpersonal skills. ⢠Excellent communication skills. ⢠Computer efficiency. ⢠Organizational and time management skills to set priorities and efficiently manage workload. |
