Occupational Health Nurse

We are a global distribution company currently seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Mahwah, NJ.

**This is a NON-CLINICAL position

• Oversight of occupational health programs and other health-related issues.
• Functions as a health consultant and program manager, working with management, employees, outside medical providers, community resources and other vendors.
• Job responsibilities/knowledge areas include, but not limited to:

          -Department of Transportation Examination Compliance

          -Controlled Substance Testing, Drug and Alcohol Program/Aftercare

          -Injury Management of work related injuries

          -American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Process/Waiver Protocol

          -Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

          -Crisis Management

          -Hearing Conservation Program Compliance

          -Respiratory Medical Compliance

          -Health Education/Wellness Programs

          -Medical Provider Management

• BA is required
• Occupational Health background in corporate setting with a COHN license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Legal Authorization to Work in the US

• Pay Rate:  DOE
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
• 6 Month Contract +/-
