JOB REQUIREMENTS

Active WI license or willing to obtain
Certifications: BLS
DOT Certification

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform DOT certification exams in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Utilize FMCSA digital upload system for documentation and reporting.
Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services.
Manage patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic Systoc.
