Location: Denver, CO
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Summary
This role is suited for an Occupational Therapist who values structured care, practical goal-setting, and consistent follow-through. You will evaluate patient needs, deliver hands-on interventions, and support measurable functional improvement through evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional ability and identify limitations impacting daily activities
• Design treatment plans and adjust based on patient response and outcomes
• Provide OT interventions to support self-care, fine motor skills, UE strength, and mobility
• Develop home programs and teach patients how to continue progress between visits
• Educate families/caregivers on safe support strategies and carryover
• Work closely with the team to coordinate care and improve patient flow

• OT degree from an accredited school (Master’s or Doctorate)
• Active Colorado OT license (required)
• NBCOT certification (required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to explain goals in simple language
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred
