Occupational Therapist

Hubbard Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy for a full time, part time or PRN position . You would be providing high-quality occupational therapy services along with a complete therapy team assisting residents in achieving their goals, and implementing tailored treatment plans. Key responsibilities include documenting therapy sessions, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and monitoring residents' progress.

Qualifications

• Active OTR certification in Indiana


• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
