Job Description

Language Link Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in a structured, full-day role. 

This position offers a consistent schedule across multiple settings, including preschools/daycares, ABA centers, and our Cooper City office. Therapists benefit from established partnerships, strong administrative support, and a collaborative care model focused on early intervention.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday (Primary Schedule):

  • Early morning: Preschool/daycare visits
  • Late morning through mid-afternoon: ABA center-based therapy (consistent schedule weekly.  Same location, same kiddos)
  • Late afternoon: In-office sessions at Language Link (until approximately 6:30 PM)
  • All locations are within 7mi radius.

Friday:

  • Not required
  • Optional opportunity for additional hours in preschools or ABA centers

Saturday:

  • Optional in-office hours available

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Deliver services in preschools, ABA centers, and clinic settings
  • Collaborate with ABA providers, Speech Therapists, educators, and families
  • Complete documentation and progress notes
  • Participate in care planning and communication

Requirements

  • Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
  • Pediatric experience required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across multiple environments

Schedule Type

Full-time (Monday–Thursday) with optional additional hours



Requirements

  • Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
  • Passion for working with children and early intervention populations
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a structured, fast-paced schedule
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other providers, educators, and caregivers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
