Job Description - Occupational Therapist

A facility near Houston, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their rehabilitation team! Comprehensive Benefits starting day 1! New graduates are welcome to apply!

Pay Range: $40.00-$69.00/hr (based on years of experience)

Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time, permanent opportunity

Days; Monday-Friday

New Graduates are welcome to apply!

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patients’ functional limitations, strengths, and rehabilitation needs in an inpatient setting.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving ADLs, mobility, cognition, safety, and overall independence.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to support safe discharge planning, patient education, and continuity of care.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

Must have completed an Occupational Therapist program from an accredited institution

Must have or be willing to obtain an Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas

Previous hospital or inpatient experience preferred, but not required
