Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based

$60–$64 per hour | 2–3 Days per Week | Potential for Full-Time

Interim HealthCare is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to early education students. This position begins at 2–3 days per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the program expands.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs


• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans


• Provide direct school-based occupational therapy services


• Help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional classroom skills


• Establish measurable goals and monitor student progress


• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation


• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans


• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other therapy professionals


• Recommend classroom strategies, accommodations, and adaptive equipment when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license


• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program


• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a student-focused team


• Pediatric, early education, or school-based experience preferred


• Ability to obtain all required Pennsylvania school clearances
