What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on functional outcomes and independence

• Supervise and mentor COTAs and therapy students

• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Support safe and successful discharges through caregiver education and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care and positive outcomes
