Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Per Diem

We are growing and seeking an experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a per diem basis in the Inland Empire area!

Key Responsibilities

• Implement standards of care for occupational therapy services in accordance with the home health plan of care.
• Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Evaluate patient’s functional status (muscle function, endurance, coordination, communication skills, self-care ability, etc.).
• Assess home environment for safety and recommend adaptive equipment.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and set functional goals.
• Train patients in daily living activities, prosthetic/orthotic device use, and adaptive equipment.
• Fabricate splints as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid California OT License
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
