Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Part time, 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week)
• Flexible hours, must work on Saturday or Sunday each week
• Base pay: $50 per hour plus generous weekend and holiday differentials
• Provide occupational therapy services to Swing Bed patients

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in Hillsboro as a Part Time Weekend Occupational Therapist, where you will provide essential therapy services to Swing Bed patients on weekends. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, mission-driven health system. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering compassionate care and fostering professional growth in a rural community setting.

• Deliver occupational therapy services to Swing Bed patients on weekends
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient rehabilitation and wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to professional and departmental policies and procedures
• Engage personally with patients to ensure compassionate care

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• Current Occupational Therapist license for the State of Wisconsin
• Prior occupational therapy experience preferred but not required

• Competitive base pay of $50 per hour plus weekend and holiday differentials
