Job Title: Occupational Therapist PRN

Location: Temple, Texas

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Salary: $30-40/hour

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments while fostering a collaborative environment for patient recovery and education.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, modifying therapy goals as needed.
• Document clinical progress accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
• Stay current on evidence-based practices to enhance clinical skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or Bachelors with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
