OFAC Associate - Mandarin is Required- Evening Shift (10PM-6AM)

A Major International Bank in Midtown, NYC is seeking an OFAC Associate to join their Compliance Department. The position is on a evening shift schedule (10PM-6AM).

This position is a evening shift from 10PM-6AM in order to service international markets

Responsibility

• Review and make determinations for OFAC Alerts
• Communicate effectively to obtain and review information for OFAC Alerts
• Reduce OFAC false hits and enhance straight thru processing
• This position is a evening shift from 10PM-6AM in order to service international markets

Qualification:

• At least 1 year of working experience
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Admin/Management or equivalent
• Good communication and writing skills
• Must have a solution oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
• Thorough knowledge of banking process and OFAC sanctions
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required due to the nature of the environment
