What You’ll Do:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, supporting both customers and internal staff
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including calling customers on past-due balances and updating account records
Assist with bookkeeping and daily financial tasks, including deposits and banking coordination
Process credit applications and communicate with banks and financial institutions
Provide administrative support to the office and sales team, including scheduling and tracking team activity
Maintain accurate records and organized office systems
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and daily tasks
Support general office operations and step in where needed to keep things running efficiently
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
What You Bring:
Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, administrative support, or office coordination
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (this is important for success in this role)
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
Attention to detail with financial and clerical tasks
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
