Job Description - Office Agents - Field Agents

• Represent the company as part of the Marketing Team in the field

• Visit grocery stores and pharmacies in assigned areas

• Introduce the company and communicate its value and positioning

• Support onboarding, activation, and engagement

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and consistent image

• Build trust -based relationships with partners

• Collect market feedback and share insights with the marketing and engagement teams

Working Conditions

• Full -time, field -based position

• Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• 3 -month probation period

• Reporting to the relevant Engagement Manager

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Customer Support, Business, or related fields

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or customer support

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, elegant, and presentable

• Comfortable with field work and daily visits

• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
