Job Description - Office Assistant

For more than 30 years, Collier Companies has been a trusted name in landscaping and irrigation across Central Virginia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to support our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit, hardworking company where your contributions are valued and your role truly makes a difference.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with the potential to increase to full-time in the future
  • Pay: $25 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a friendly first point of contact by answering phones and assisting customers
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily activities
  • Prepare and send invoices, mailings, and communications
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Provide general administrative support and step in where needed to support the team
