Part-Time Office Assistant – Christiansen Construction Company



We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our busy construction office. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, data entry, filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining contact lists, providing general support to visitors, assisting with project paperwork and basic bookkeeping.



Qualifications:



  • Strong organizational and communication skills and a self-starter

  • Working knowledge of office equipment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Previous office experience preferred (construction experience a plus)


Hours: Monday-Thursday 9AM-3PM
Location: Cherokee, IA
