Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join an established company in the Raleigh area.  The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities: 
• Greet and welcome guests
• Keep the office tidy and presentable
• Field incoming calls
• Coordinate inbound/outbound mailings and shipments
• Company event planning
• Support and administration on projects as requested
• Coordinate community outreach and volunteer opportunities

Qualifications

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
.Ability to work in a team environment, while working independently
.Availability to start right away!
