Office Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.


• Handle daily paperwork that needs to be provided to corporate office staff.


• Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.


• Maintain office organization and cleanliness standards.


• Handle correspondence, including email and phone inquiries.
  

Role requirements: 

• Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.


• Ability to create a positive and motivating office environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.


• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on team collaboration
