Lifehouse is looking for an organized, resourceful, and people-focused Office Manager to
keep our North Bay office running smoothly and support the staff and programs that make our
mission possible. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, working with staff,
vendors, visitors, and departments across Lifehouse.

What you will do:
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the North Bay office Provide administrative support to the Director of Programs & Operations and North Bay teams Serve as a primary point of contact for office needs, calls, visitors, vendors, and correspondence Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, mail, shipping, invoices, and other operational needs Maintain common areas and ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and well stocked Coordinate equipment repairs, vendor services, and technology needs with IT Maintain office records, databases, spreadsheets, and program documentation Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, materials, minutes, and follow-up Support events, communications, flyers, and other materials that showcase Lifehouse programs and services Open and secure the North Bay office at the beginning and end of the workday What you will bring:
At least four years of office management, administrative management, or executive assistant experience Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Initiative, good judgment, and strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Professional, welcoming, and service-oriented approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and databases Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change Ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed Why you would want to join us:
