Do you love working with kids and families and bringing energy, fun, and positivity to every day? We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals to join our office staff team at New Hope Gymnastics!

As part of our Office Staff, you’ll be the welcoming face of our gym, helping children and parents feel supported, organized, and excited from the moment they walk in. No day is the same, and your impact is real — every warm greeting, every answered question, and every smooth check-in sets the tone for our students' success. You’ll be managing front desk coordination, class enrollments, and customer service — all using the New Hope way, with joy, discipline, and heart. What You’ll Be Doing – Office Staff

As part of the Office Staff at New Hope Gymnastics, you’ll be helping families feel welcome, keeping our desk organized, and supporting our gym's daily operations. We’ll train you in our approach — all you need is a great attitude, a tech-savvy mindset, and a heart for children.

Your role will include:

• Greeting families and managing fun, high-energy front desk check-ins
• Handling class enrollments, parent phone calls, and email communications
• Working smoothly with Google Apps and Microsoft Apps daily
• Being technology savvy and completely open to learning new platforms and gym software
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive lobby environment at all times
• Collaborating with coaches and staff to create a supportive team environment
• Participating in occasional events, team meetings, or special programs as needed
