Office staff member

Griswold Home Care for South Columbus & Fairfield County is seeking a part-time Office Staff Member to support our non-medical home care team. This role is based in Groveport, OH and offers $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, providing essential support to staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls


• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments


• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records


• Prepare and file documents and reports as needed


• Support front-desk visitors and provide excellent customer service


• Assist with billing and payroll processing


• Handle general office administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively


• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to work part-time hours in Groveport, OH
