Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an Oil Bay Manager/Coach to lead and guide a team responsible for the efficient execution of maintenance inspections and oil changes. What You’ll Do:



  • Leading and guiding the crew to perform tasks effectively.

  • Conducting maintenance inspections.

  • Identifying and presenting when work on other vehicles is needed.

  • Ensuring oil changes are completed quickly and efficiently.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer service skills.

  • Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid driver’s license and successful pre-employment drug screen.

  • Proven experience in automotive service management or similar supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of oil change procedures, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service standards.

  • Ability to coach and develop team members effectively.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
