Job Description - On -site HSE Manager

HSE manager needed at manufacturing site in Richmond, Virginia, area.

Job duties:

Support development and execution of company's HSE Directives, site HSE written programs, safety work instructions (SWIâs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Support and execute site HSE policies and procedures

Conduct inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize the potential for employee injury

Conduct site specific regulatory standard gap assessments

Coordinate site HSE training

Conduct new employee orientation for all applicable HSE topics

Act as liaison between site and HSE Divisional and Corporate support

Requirements

Previous HSE management experience required.
