  • Ensure that final client product contains consumer-grade grammar, logic, syntax, and accuracy.

  • Peer review the team's work to guarantee operational standards are met.

  • Partner closely with the Product team to investigate platform behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and support root-cause analysis across workflows, integrations, and data dependencies.

  • Enhance and maintain product documentation and internal resources.

  • Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance targets through effective task delegation.

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in a legal role drafting, researching, and comprehending complex legal documents

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust to new challenges and priorities

  • Self-starter and self-motivated to hit deadlines without micromanagement

  • Proactive team member who seeks ways to improve operational efficiency, contributing positively to team culture and client success

  • Experience with a large caseload, working alongside multiple attorneys and legal teams, or across multiple legal fields

  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and internal parties with limited knowledge of the topic

  • Able to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse audience

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy across platform operations and client deliverables

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively drive issues through resolution

  • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort working “under the hood” of platforms to understand system behavior, workflows, and dependencies

  • Proven ability to analyze technical and operational issues using structured problem-solving, including reviewing data or system outputs to identify root causes

  • Comfort translating technical concepts and platform behavior into clear, actionable explanations for both clients and non-technical internal partners

  • Background in editing with a strong understanding of grammar mechanics and reviewing peer work to find errors, being comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback

  • Prior legal experience in the alternative investment space (i.e. venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, etc.) is a plus
