Onboarding Specialist

Summary: 

Pharmbills seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our client’s Property Management team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new buildings into our client’s systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance. 

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively enroll new properties into our respective services, ensuring timely and accurate data entry 


• Generate comprehensive financial reports and unit directories, providing valuable insights for management 


• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, contributing to informed decision-making 


• Handle miscellaneous duties and one-time tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility 

Qualifications: 

• Basic proficiency in Excel applications is preferred, but not mandatory 


• Experience in working with large amounts of data is desirable, demonstrating organizational skills and data management capabilities 


• Confident computer user, comfortable navigating various software platforms 


• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and reporting 


• Highly organized and methodical approach to handling onboarding tasks 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies 


• Proactive and resourceful attitude to tackle challenges and manage multiple priorities 


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders
