Position Summary
As a part-time or adjunct faculty member, teach some of the following key nutrition courses:
Specific courses taught will be determined as needed by the department. An applicant is not required to possess expertise in all above-noted Nutrition areas, though a breadth of knowledge and experience across multiple topic areas is beneficial. Adjunct faculty positions are contracted on a semester-by-semester basis.
This position is an interest list for future adjunct teaching opportunities. Applications will be reviewed by the department periodically and all candidates will be notified by email if they are chosen to interview for a position. .
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license strongly preferred. A strong commitment to excellence in teaching is advantageous.
Work Schedule
Courses are assigned by the department chair.
