The Oncology Data Specialist plays a vital role in gathering and interpreting oncology-specific clinical data from diverse sources to support clinical research, enhance patient outcomes, and drive quality improvement initiatives. This position demands precision in data abstraction, rigorous validation processes, and accurate documentation to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the integrity of oncology datasets.

Position Details:

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: 1 year of experience in cancer registry environment is preferred. (not required)
Certifications: ODS (Oncology Data Specialist) certification is required or will retain the first year of service/hired.
