• He/She provides clinical counseling to patients and families and conducts support groups.
• He/She provides coordination and delivery of psychosocial services to patients and families throughout the cancer continuum, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, end of life and bereavement.
• He/She provides psychosocial services designed to foster coping, support optimal functioning and maximize the patient’s utilization of available resources.
• The Clinical Social Worker serves as an integral part of the Support Services Team, linking the patient with resources necessary to meet complex needs related to cancer care.
• The Clinical Social Worker assists patients and their families in accessing financial, pharmaceutical and transportation assistance programs.
• The Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the Support Services Team in expanding holistic services, including integrative approaches to cancer care.

• Bachelors Of Science Social Work and two years social work experience, upon hire and
