Our client, a residential homebuilder, is looking for an Online Sales Manager to oversee its Online Sales Concierge team across Washington and Oregon. This person will manage daily operations, train and support team members, and develop strategies to convert online leads into onsite appointments and sales opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sales management, customer service, or online lead conversions, who enjoys coaching teams, building efficient processes, and driving sales performance.

Online Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee, train, and manage the region’s Online Sales Concierge team.
• Support hiring and daily operations in coordination with sales leadership.
• Develop lead generation strategies and improve online lead conversion.
• Ensure the team has current knowledge of communities, products, amenities, and company procedures.
• Establish and improve processes for qualifying leads and scheduling onsite appointments.
• Monitor team performance, online traffic, and appointment activity.
• Prepare weekly reports and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.

Online Sales Manager Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in sales management, customer service, or lead conversion.
• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems/databases, and email.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to supervise and support a team.

Compensation: $95K - $105K + bonus; OTE $150K - $170K per year
