Job Description - Onshore APM (Tech Program Manager)

Description

Skillsets:-

1) proven success delivering Snowflake or cloud data platforms

2) Data Lakes/Data Warehouses

3) Strong understanding of date ingestion frameworks (ETL/ELT), data modeling

4) Strong background in P&C insurance (Policy and Claims lifecycle), Reinsurance

5) Exposure to GenAI use cases in insurance

6) Cloud certifications (Azure)

7) Data related certifications (Snowflake)

8) 12-15 years exp in IT delivery/program management

JD/Responsibilities:-

1) Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data platform using Agile methodologies (Scrum)

2) Ensure alignment between business goals, data strategy and technical execution

3) Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams

4) Oversee implementation of data pipelines from sources systems to Abstract, Validation and Data Store layers

5) Ensure adherence to data architecture standards, governance and security policies

6) Drive best practices for data quality, lineage and observability

7) RAG status reporting, risk and issue management

8) Track program KPIs such as Delivery velocity, quality metrics

9) Participate and contribute in QBRs and executive reviews

10) Communicate program status, risks value realization to senior leadership

11) Oversee budget, forecasting and cost optimization
